Only 14 days left to help Sponsia reach its crowdfunging goal

It’s been an exciting month for Sponsia since the launch of our crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs, the leading equity crowdfunding platform in the UK. We’ve had a promising start and already secured 68 030 GBP of our target. Now with only 14 days left, we need your strong support to help us reach our final goal – 125 000 GBP.

Our crowdfunding campaign, which is also backed by the Eleven VC fund, allows ordinary people and professional investors to easily invest in Sponsia small amounts of money and get shares in the company as a result. We are looking to raise funding in exchange for 10% equity to support Sponsia’s product development, growth and international expansion.

If you thought that disrupting the sponsorship industry is cool or just wanted to support our mission, now is the time to take advantage of this opportunity.

You can contribute with as little as 10 GBP and share it with your friends so we can create a viral effect.

Six reasons why your event needs a mobile app

The growing world of mobile technologies keeps us all connected. We all want to share, check in, tag and update from a device that fits in our pockets. As an event organizer you should, too, keep up with your guests’ needs and world trends. Here are the six leading reasons why your event needs a mobile app.

1.       No paper materials

The larger your event is the more information you’ll provide for it. As partners would also want to show off their brands and features, your attendees might end up with a ton of flyers and brochures… that is quite likely to end up in oblivion. Now consider the average smartphone user unlocks their device 110 times per day. Adapt to that! Save time and money and offer an interactive agenda, links to speaker’s social media profiles that can be followed with a single touch.

2.       Engage attendees before, during and after the event

If events were all about what happened between the opening and the closing ceremony the event field wouldn’t have blossomed as it has. Luckily, every happening also includes the anticipation weeks before the big day, the memories, contacts, experiences that follow the curtain fall. And imagine you had the powerful tool to unite people, their emotions; the tool to create a network of your own event and get feedback about your work. You have it now.

3.       Offer more to sponsors

Your partners are important and so is your attitude to their contribution. It’s up to you to make their partnership count so that they would support your further projects. On the big day you don’t want your sponsors ignored, especially if they have special offers for attendees. Stop testing the guests’ patience to stand in line in front of stalls. Sell more to sponsors by displaying their special offers so everyone can optimize their experience and check what really matters to them.

4.       Speedy and easy

Why flip 10 pages of programs and site maps when you can have it all in your hand? If there’s no time for slow loading apps and no tolerance for multiple clicks, what’s left for booklets? Light and smart designed software allows your guests to make the most of the app and use it to enrich their experience at your event. Mobile devices are always with your visitors and always available to refer to the latest information.

5.       Make last-minute changes

Events are dynamic and there are always changes on the spot. Since in the rush of the organization things hardly ever go according to plan you’ll most likely have to update your guests on the latest edits of the agenda or sponsors. You could always use the app to do it which could be impossible if you rely on print. Combine both maximum reach and exact information to make sure all your guests are up-to-date with your event.

6.       Show innovation

There are millions of events every year and it’s in your hands to make yours a memorable and remarkable one. You can stick to your traditions but your attendees will be moving forward and looking for more in each happening. It’s not enough to fulfill your visitors’ expectations. You need to exceed them. So give attendees something new and different, something built for their needs. Make them want to join you again for the value they get in return for their money.

You’ll get this and so much more. Going mobile takes you a step ahead, benefiting you, your partners and your attendees. Choose this fast, easy and novel method to exceed expectations and improve everyone’s experience at your events.
